We sell only new fully warranted merchandise to our customers. It is the
responsibility of our customers to ensure products sold on our website are
compatible with their system version.
Some of these products will require disassembly and reassembly of the
products you own.
When purchasing products from r4cardmontreal, the customer agrees that goods purchased from r4cardmontreal will not be used by themselves or their subsequent end-users for any illegal means and use including but not limited to copyright infringement and fraud. It is legal to use DS adapters for a variety of purposes including playing homebrew games and listening to music on DS consoles.

Please Note: We are not responsible if any products sold on our
website are blocked by firmware updates that the customer does to their
consoles. It is the responsibility of the customer to keep informed on the
potential impact these updates may have on any products purchased from us.
We do accept cancellations on orders however; our orders are typically
shipped same day in order to ensure quick delivery. Your cancellation request
must be received before your order has been shipped otherwise we will not accept
Any order that is cancelled before shipping is subject to a processing fee to
cover the credit card fee which we are not refunded.
If you select the Free Shipping method (Canada Post Regular
Mail) upon check out, tracking/insurance is not included. Will not be held
responsible for any lost or damaged items that are shipped using Canada Post
Regular Mail service as there is no insurance/tracking provided with these
services. No refunds will be issued for any lost or damaged items shipped using
Canada Post Regular Mail service.Orders more than 50$ ship out by Expedited Shipping and tracking/insurance.
We do not accept returns because of the nature of the products. This is also to
assure our customers that we only sell new merchandise.
If a product is defective, we will exchange it within a 30 days timeframe
from when you receive your order. The customer is responsible for shipping the
item back, however if the product is indeed found defective, we will ship it
back to you at our cost. If the product is not found to be defective, there will
be a shipping fee to send it back.
We do not provide refunds on any of our items however; any products that are
returned and prove to be defected will be replaced immediately. Shipping costs
are not refundable by any means.
We provide a 90 days warranty on all of our products. There
will be no exceptions to this unless otherwise noted. We will be very strict
on this 90 days warranty policy.
Personal Information: We will not collect any personally-identifiable information about you (e.g., your name, address, telephone number or email address ("personal data") through our website unless you have provided it to us voluntarily for the sole reason of ordering a product, we use this information to ship your product accurately and safely and require it only so that we may contact you in case of delivery problem.
Secure Online Payments:
Protecting your order information is our priority. We use Secure Sockets Layers (SSL) technology for check out to protect the security of your online order information. When you input your information into our system via our "Check Out," your shipping information and credit card information is sent in an encrypted code that only we can decode. This information is sent to a credit card payment processor that validates your name, address and credit card information. Your encrypted credit card information is then sent directly to the credit card processors and is never stored or seen by our computers; this is directly for your safety. Your encrypted credit card information is never stored on our computer or archived in anyway.
